§ 25704 Poultry Meat Sales Exemption

A farmer raises chickens on their land, kills and cleans them, and sells the meat at a little stand on their farm to neighbors.

This farmer doesn’t have to follow the usual rules because they sell all their chicken meat right on their farm to people who will take it home to eat, not to sell again.
