§ 27282 Exclusion Petition Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You have to fill out a special form to ask for something to be left out.
  • •You need to pay some money upfront for the costs.
  • •After you do these things, the rest of the process follows the same rules as other similar requests.

Example

You want to exclude a piece of land from a city’s rules.

You fill out the right form, pay the required fee, and then follow the same steps as everyone else who asks for something to be left out.
