§ 27252 Territory Exclusion Petition Requirements

The petition shall describe the territory sought to be excluded and shall set forth that the territory is not benefited in any manner by the district or by its continued inclusion therein, and shall pray that the territory be excluded from the district. (Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1036.)
