§ 15962 District Population Determination

The population of each unit of unincorporated territory within the district shall be determined at the time of calling the election of the first board of directors by the board of supervisors calling the election and shall be stated in the ordinance calling the election and in the notice of the election. The determination shall continue in force until set aside by the board of directors of the district. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.)
