§ 19382 Dead Animal Transport Rules

The director may establish by regulation, requirements to insure that vehicles used to transport dead animals and carcasses or parts or products of animals which have died other than by slaughter will not create a public health problem and that such animals, carcasses or parts or products are not diverted to human or pet food. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 815.)
