§ 2820 Permit Revocation Court Order

Key Takeaways

  • •If the board takes away your permit or license, you can ask a court to check if that was fair.
  • •After the court checks, if they agree with the board, they will officially say you can’t have that right anymore.
  • •You or the board can ask the court to make this final decision.

Example

You have a license to sell food at a market, but the board takes it away because they say your food stand is unsafe.

You can go to court and ask them to check if the board was right. If the court agrees with the board, they will officially say you can’t sell food anymore.
