§ 2815 Supplemental Decree Procedures

• •After the court makes a decision, you have to show proof you did what they asked.
• •If you don’t show proof on time, the court can say you lose your right to what you wanted.
• •You can ask for more time, but if you don’t, the court will make a final decision against you.

A court tells a parent they must finish a parenting class to get visitation rights with their kid.

If the parent doesn’t show proof they finished the class on time, the court can say they don’t get visitation rights.
