§ 30271 Board Voting Requirements

The affirmative votes of a majority of the members of the board shall be necessary and, except as otherwise provided in this part, shall be sufficient to carry any order, resolution, or ordinance coming before the board of directors. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
