§ 12338 District Deferred Compensation Plans

Nothing in this division shall prevent a district from establishing a deferred compensation plan for some or all of its officers and employees pursuant to Article 1.1 (commencing with Section 53212) of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 820.)
