§ 102142 District Policy Advisory Commission

The commission shall meet as often as the board deems necessary, but at least twice annually, and shall advise the board on matters of district policy, including the administrative, fiscal, and operational policies of the district and their relation to the administrative, fiscal, and operational policies of the cities and counties in which the district is operating, levels of service, and allocation of the districts financial resources. The commission shall have such other advisory duties as may be provided by the board pursuant to this part. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1374.)
