§ 101121 Board Chairman Duties

The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the board. He shall perform such other functions as delegated to him under this part or under any regulation prescribed by the board. The chairman may move or second any motion, and shall vote upon all orders, resolutions, or ordinances passed upon by the board. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
