§ 7805 Cemetery Appurtenance Removal Rights

If such appurtenances remain on the plot for more than ninety days after the removal of the last human remains, they may be removed and disposed of by the cemetery authority, and thereafter no person claiming any interest in the plot, or any such appurtenance shall maintain in any court any action in relation to any such appurtenance. (Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.)
