§ 13188 Fire License Suspension Grounds

A license or certificate of registration may be suspended or revoked by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2, of the Government Code, for any of the following reasons: (a)  The applicant is not the real person in interest. (b)  Material misrepresentation or false statement in the application. (c)  Violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 802.)
