§ 13165 Fire Marshal Licensing Process

Following receipt of the properly completed application and prescribed fees, and compliance with the provisions of this part and the regulations adopted pursuant to Section 13160, the State Fire Marshal shall issue a license. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 802.)
