§ 12615 Fireworks Records Requirements

• •If you sell fireworks (but not in a store), you must keep records of all the fireworks you make, buy, sell, or use.
• •These records must show what kind of fireworks they are (dangerous, safe, or for farming/wildlife).
• •You have to show these records to the State Fire Marshal if they ask.

You run a fireworks stand at a fair and buy fireworks from a big supplier to sell.

You must write down every time you buy or sell fireworks, including what type they are. If the State Fire Marshal asks, you have to show them your notes.
