§ 112210 Shellfish Labeling Requirements

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer, or hold for sale any shellstock or shucked shellfish without a label that bears a valid certificate number and is in compliance with Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 110290) of Part 5. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
