§ 112195 Shellfish Sales Requirements

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer, or hold for sale any shellstock or shucked shellfish that has not been handled and packaged in accordance with specifications under this chapter, and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
