§ 110750 Color Additive Compliance

Any food is misbranded if it is a color additive and it is not in conformity with the requirements for color additives prescribed under the provisions of Section 110090. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
