§ 25631 County Forester Duties Bond

When appointed the forester shall execute a bond to the county board of forestry in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the faithful performance of his duties. He shall be the secretary of the county board of forestry and shall perform such other duties as the board prescribes. The forester shall enforce this article and all lawful orders of the board of forestry. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
