§ 25633 Forestry Board Road Limits

Key Takeaways

  • •The forestry board can't tell the supervisors what to do with roads or land.
  • •Supervisors are in charge of fixing and taking care of roads and public places.
  • •The forestry board has to stay out of road and property decisions.

Example

If a road needs fixing near a forest, the forestry board can't step in and take over.

The supervisors decide how to fix the road, not the forestry board. The forestry board has to let them handle it.
