§ 11150 Governor'S Executive Administration

It is the policy of this State to vest in the Governor the civil administration of the laws of the State and for the purpose of aiding the Governor in the execution and administration of the laws to divide the executive and administrative work into departments as provided by law. (Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 111.)
