§ 10278 Commission Meetings And Officers

The commission shall meet at some place in the state at least once every two years. The commission shall elect one of its members as chairperson and another as secretary, who shall hold their respective offices for a term of two years, and until their successors are elected and qualified. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 46, Sec. 17. (SB 1038) Effective June 27, 2012.)
