§ 10282 Commission Legislative Reporting Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •A group (the commission) has to tell the government what they're doing sometimes.
  • •They also give advice on what new rules should be made.
  • •They decide when and how often to report.

Example

Imagine a school club that checks if the cafeteria food is healthy.

This club has to tell the principal what they found and suggest new lunch rules, like adding more veggies. They pick when to give these reports.
