§ 1810 Family Conciliation Court Jurisdiction

Each superior court shall exercise the jurisdiction conferred by this part. While sitting in the exercise of this jurisdiction, the court shall be known and referred to as the “family conciliation court.” (Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
