§ 77975 Director Certification Of Inoperative Chapter

Key Takeaways

  • •If most people don't vote 'yes' in the first vote, the rule doesn't start.
  • •The boss in charge can try again with another vote, but not right away.
  • •They have to wait at least one year before asking people to vote again.

Example

Imagine your school wants to start a new rule that everyone must wear hats on Fridays.

If most kids and teachers vote 'no' to the hat rule, the principal cancels it. The principal can ask everyone to vote again, but only after waiting one year.
