Key Takeaways

  • •The boss sets a time for people to vote, between 10 and 60 days.
  • •If the voting time is less than 60 days, the boss can make it longer, up to 60 days.
  • •The boss can also make extra rules to make sure the voting is fair and works well.

Example

Your school is voting on a new rule, like wearing uniforms.

The principal decides everyone gets 20 days to vote. But if not enough people vote, the principal can add more days, up to 60, so everyone has a fair chance to say yes or no.
