§ 77974 Producer Vote Certification

Key Takeaways

  • •If most producers vote 'yes' on something, the director has to tell everyone about it.
  • •The director will send a notice to all producers they have on their list.
  • •This only happens after a vote where most producers agreed.

Example

A group of farmers vote on whether to sell their crops together to get a better price.
