§ 58787 Hearing Findings Determination

Upon the conclusion of the hearing, the director shall make a finding which is based upon the evidence received, whether assent, approval, or favor shall be determined by written assents or by referendum. (Amended by Stats. 1986, Ch. 677, Sec. 3.)
