§ 21056 Producer Slaughter Inspection Exemption

Inspection is not required prior to slaughter of an animal by the producer of the animal pursuant to Section 22002. The hides of such animals shall, however, be retained as provided in Section 21455 and records shall be kept as provided in Section 22008. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
