§ 12961 Pesticide Seizure Authority

The director may seize and quarantine any pesticide that is adulterated, misbranded, or detrimental to agriculture or to the public health, or which is otherwise not in conformity with any provision of this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 361, Sec. 75. Effective January 1, 1997.)
