§ 12035 Pest Adviser Registration Discipline

• •The agricultural commissioner can refuse, cancel, or pause a pest control adviser’s registration.

A person applies to become a registered pest control adviser, but the commissioner finds out they have a criminal record for fraud, which is one of the reasons listed in the related licence rules.

Because the reason (a fraud conviction) is one of the allowed reasons, the commissioner can refuse the registration or cancel it if it was already given.
