§ 7425 County Committee Member Selection

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county central committee, in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the committee, may determine the number, the district allocation, and the manner of election of its members at any time by holding a caucus or convention, or by using any other method approved by the committee. (b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit a county central committee to remove an ex officio member of the committee. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 507, Sec. 11. (SB 1272) Effective January 1, 2013.)
