§ 7230 County Committee Member Selection

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county central committee, in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the committee, may select its members at any time by holding a caucus or convention, or by using any other method of selection approved by the committee. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 507, Sec. 5. (SB 1272) Effective January 1, 2013.)
