§ 6542 Delegate Count Determination

If the chairperson of the state central committee fails to file a notice as to the number of delegates, the Secretary of State shall ascertain the number from the call for the national convention issued by the national committee of the party. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
