§ 12405 Federal School Funding Participation

The governing board of any school district is authorized to accept the provisions of any act of Congress under which federal funds are available for purposes of this chapter, and may participate in any program provided thereunder in order to accept and expend the federal funds pursuant to the act of Congress and this chapter. Participation may include the expenditure by the district of whatever funds may be required by the federal government as a condition to participation. (Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1372, Sec. 105.)
