§ 15746 School District Fund Transfers

The governing board of each school district to which an apportionment is made under this chapter is authorized to, and shall, transfer to the public school building fund of the district from all other funds of the district in which the moneys may be, all moneys of the district which under, or pursuant to, this chapter are required to be expended for the project for which the apportionment was made. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
