§ 3075 Optometrist License Display Requirement

An optometrist shall post in each location where he or she practices optometry, in an area that is likely to be seen by all patients who use the office, his or her current license or other evidence of current license status issued by the board. The board may charge a fee as specified in Section 3152 for each issuance of evidence of current licensure. (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 276, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2008.)
