§ 12050 Eligibility Definitions For Benefits

For the purposes of this chapter: (a) The term “aged, blind or disabled individual” means an individual who is 65 years or older, or is blind, or is disabled. (b) “Aged” means an individual who is 65 years of age or older. (c) An individual shall be considered “blind” as defined in Section 1614 of Part A of Title XVI of the Social Security Act. (d) An individual shall be considered disabled as defined in Section 1614(a) of Part A of Title XVI of the Social Security Act. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 1216.)
