§ 11015 Aid Grant Adjustments

Unless there are other grounds therefor, aid grants shall not be withheld pending ascertainment of increases in federal benefits or increases in benefits payable by a public agency. Following the ascertainment of any such increase, adjustment shall be made, as provided in subdivision (c) of Section 11004, for any overpayment of aid which the recipient might have received. (Added by renumbering Section 11014 (as added by Stats. 1965(2x), Ch. 12) by Stats. 1967, Ch. 90.)
