§ 8937 Assessment Payment Installment Rules

Immediately upon the bonds authorized and directed to be canceled by this article being canceled, the board may order that assessment number six shall be paid in semiannual installments equal to not less than 31/2 per cent of the principal of the assessment for each installment.
