§ 11661 State Agency Contract Authority

In addition to the powers conferred by law, and not in derogation or in limitation thereof, any state agency may enter into and execute appropriate contracts with the department for any and all the purposes and objects of this part. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
