§ 8781 County Hearing Publication Notice

• •The people in charge must tell everyone about the hearing by putting an ad in the local newspaper.
• •The ad must run once a week for three weeks in a row.
• •The first ad must come out at least 21 days before the hearing date.

If the hearing is on June 15, the first newspaper ad must come out by May 25.

The people in charge must put an ad in the newspaper once a week for three weeks, starting no later than May 25, to tell everyone about the June 15 hearing.
