§ 4104 Watermaster Conduit Closure Authority

• •If you own a water pipe and don't build or fix the dam, gate, or measuring tools like you're supposed to, you'll get a warning.
• •After 30 days, if you still don't fix it, the watermaster can shut off your water pipe.
• •Your water won't turn back on until you follow the rules and fix what's needed.

Imagine you have a big hose taking water from a river to your farm. The government tells you to put a gate on it to control the water, but you ignore them.

If you don’t add the gate within 30 days, the watermaster can turn off your hose. Your farm won’t get any water until you finally put the gate in.
