§ 309 Violation Penalties And Fines

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article is punishable for each offense by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 405. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
