§ 2782 Contest Hearing Procedures

• •After the time to file complaints is over, the court will look at the case.
• •The court will listen to both sides and decide what happens next.
• •The court follows rules from Article 9 to make its decision.

If someone disagrees with how a will is written and files a complaint, the court will listen to both sides after the deadline to file complaints has passed.

The court will then decide if the complaint is valid or not, using the rules from Article 9.
