§ 12608 Water Resource Hearing Participation

At any hearing by or on behalf of the department any county, city, state agency, including the Department of Fish and Game, public district, association, or any person affected by or interested in the control, storage, and use of water resources, involved in the hearing may appear and present any petition, evidence, testimony, plan, data, information, or opinion bearing on the subject matter of the hearing including an evaluation of loss and damage to fish and other natural resources. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
