§ 11141 Project Contribution Agreements

The department may receive and accept from any and all sources money, rights of way, labor, materials, or any other property for the construction, operation, or maintenance of the project or any unit or specific portion of any unit thereof or for any of the purposes of this part, and may agree with the person or entity so contributing to apply the money or property in the manner and for the purpose for which contributed, and the contribution shall thereupon be used and applied in accordance with the agreement.
