§ 11835 Bond Payment Warrant Process

Warrants for payments to be made on account of bonds shall be drawn by the State Controller upon request of the State Treasurer whenever the drawing of warrants is required in order to make the payments. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 370.)
