§ 11812 Project Construction Fund Deposits

Any and all appropriations and contributions received from the United States, the State, any State agency, any political subdivision, or any other source for the purpose of constructing the project, or borrowed therefrom for such purpose, shall be received by the State Treasurer and deposited in and credited to the construction fund.
