§ 11290 Project Unit Expansion Authority

The project includes such other units as may be from time to time added by the department to the units specifically enumerated. The department may add additional units which are consistent with and which may be constructed, maintained, and operated as a part of the project and in furtherance of the single object contemplated by this part. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
